We serve in underserved communities in the United States and in Baja California, Mexico. Our primary focus areas are border communities and urban neighborhoods where physical need and spiritual isolation often go hand in hand. Our teams build relationships in specific locations over many years rather than rotating through new sites each season.

North America is part of our mission, not a consolation prize. The Great Commission calls every believer to their Jerusalem and to the ends of the earth. We take both seriously. Supporting our North America work is one way to fulfill that closer calling without neglecting the global one.

Yes. We partner with Mexican churches and national leaders who know their communities far better than any outside team could. Our role is to come alongside them, bring resources, and serve under their direction. Nationals lead the work. Our teams support it.

Trips typically involve a combination of home builds, community outreach, children's ministry, and trauma care support. We handle all the logistics so your team can focus entirely on the people you are there to serve. Most trips run four to seven days and are open to individuals, families, and church groups.

Absolutely. Our North America trips are a great entry point for individuals or church groups who are new to short-term missions. The proximity makes logistics simpler, and the experience is just as formative. Many participants return home with a renewed sense of calling and a deeper commitment to their own community.

We hold an 88% program expense ratio at the organizational level. Our missionaries raise their own personal support, which means your donation to The Global Mission goes directly to funding the work on the ground, not to covering staff salaries or administrative overhead. We are happy to share our financial reports with any donor who asks.
