Take Your Church to the Field

We recommend reaching out at least four to six months before your desired travel window. This gives us time to coordinate with our national partners, secure logistics, and prepare your team well. That said, if you have a shorter timeline, contact us anyway. We'll tell you honestly what's possible.

We currently send teams to Haiti, Israel, Mexico, and select countries in South Asia. Each destination involves different types of ministry — from humanitarian work and house builds to trauma care, evangelism, and church partnership. We'll help you find the right fit for your church's calling and capacity.

Costs vary by destination, trip length, and group size. Most participants should expect to fundraise between $2,000 and $3,500 to cover flights, housing, meals, and in-country expenses. We provide fundraising resources and support your team members as they prepare. Nothing goes to overhead — every dollar funds the work.

No prior experience is required. We provide thorough pre-trip orientation covering cultural context, expectations, and practical preparation. We've taken first-time travelers alongside seasoned missionaries. What matters most is a teachable spirit and a genuine desire to serve. We'll handle the rest.

We work through national leaders and long-term local partners — people who live in these communities year-round and know what is actually needed. Your team comes to serve alongside them, not to direct them. This approach builds lasting relationships rather than creating dependence, and it reflects how we believe missions should be done.

We take safety seriously and assess conditions continuously. We have missionaries who have remained in Haiti through gang activity and in Israel through active conflict. We do not send teams into situations we would not go into ourselves. We'll be transparent with you about current conditions for any destination and make decisions together.
